I got this product after the client I purchased it for didn't have enough desk space and gave this to me. It works as advertised, though the wrist rest moves with some friction and impedes gaming performance, also takes up a lot of desk real estate. For the money, I wouldn't personally get it.

When it says glide....it means glide. Very strange and could not get used to it. I don't need the gel wrist to glide and I just took the mouse pad out of the rest and using that. Disappointed.

This does the trick but is not well made. The part that "glides" is not attached to the base in any way. It comes off easily and is difficult to put back on.

I got this mousepad for work. I was looking for something that moved with my arm since my wrist was getting sore from bending at the wrist to move the mouse, so the "easy glide" was perfect...right?
The "glide" - this is not really a frictionless glide - it is a series of gears that just make moving in all directions possible, not frictionless. So I still end up moving my wrist rather than my whole arm, but the height is perfect so it definitely reduces the amount of work my wrist does.
I have had this a little less than a year and the fabric on the wrist rest is actually separating from the base and peeling off of the gel/memory foam pad. It still works, but for the amount of money it costs I would have hoped for it to stay together a little longer.
Overall if you can get it for less than $15 it's a great mousepad as it reduces wrist movement and works fairly well, but more than that and you may just want to get a generic one.

This is a great item, it has helped my wrist and hand pain from hours of computer use.

I purchased this assuming it would be a bit more fluid in movement. I do not think it really works with your natural body flow or assits as I hoped with reducing wrist strain due to heavy mouse use.
Product is stable and otherwise comfortable but use is not relaxing IMHO.
