Solidly constructed, the Fellowes PB200 is a good basic binding machine. At 11 pounds, it is lighter than many models with similar features. Nonetheless, this Fellowes product is sturdy and dependable. It handles up to 120 sheets (part of the reason for its small size) with a maximum 11-inch binding length.

Simple to use, all of the instructions fit on a half sheet of paper. After removing the PB200 from the box, setup requires only attaching the punching/binding handle to the side of the machine using the screw provided (it's not attached in shipment to allow for more streamlined storage in the carton).

The PB200 comes with a small selection of plastic binding combs in a variety of sizes. It is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering parts, except for the punching dies, which are subject to wear.
