The NEW Fellowes Powershred C-380 is a powerful strip-cut shredder designed to meet the needs of a department with a range of 6-10 users. With its contemporary styling and soft lines, this shredder also suits any office decor. Equipped with a 1.7 HP thermally protected motor, the C-380 shreds 26-28 sheets per pass into 7/32" strips as fast as 20 feet per minute.
The shredder includes the innovative Turbo Jam Release button for a fast, easy way to clear jams. The wide 15" paper entry allows continuous feeding of 132-column paper. Durable, hardened-steel cutters accept credit cards, staples and small paper clips, while a designated slot safely shreds CDs. The C-380 also features an electronic auto start/stop function for quick, easy shredder operation and is designed to shut off automatically and alert the operator with troubleshooting indicator lights when a jam occurs, wastebasket is full or door is ajar. The door offers convenient holder for oil, manual and shredder bags, while the 31.6-gallon wastebasket pulls out for easy waste disposal. Making Packing Material,

We use two C-380 shredders to make packing material for shipping plants. We make about 400 gallons of shredded paper per week and both shredders work perfectly. Before obtaining the C-380's we used smaller Fellow's shredders for about 12 years until these small shredders fell apart. We expect the C-380's to last for many years.
