Comes in a nice, sturdy metal case. My only criticism is that the items are mounted in a somewhat cheap plastic shell that may have questionable durability and longevity.
Also, the case is well made, and locks securely. I keep this set in the back of my Rover, and it always stays closed and the contents do not rattle around. Box is strong enough that I also don't have to worry about other stuff on top of it.
Cough up the money for these, you will not regret it. Just don't loan them out....
Manufacturing quality is just exceptional, if you can pay the price premium over chinese sets, you will not regret your decision.
The tools are a joy to use.
