I am 53 and had hot flashes and night sweats for about 2 years. They were pretty bad because they lasted about 10 to 15 minutes each. I tried this product because its supposed to be all natural. Anyway, my hot flashes are just about gone and I can sleep through the night. Once in a while a get a warm flush but nothing like before.

This product really works. I give it maximum stars allowed. It was a lifesaver for me. I was having severe hot flashes about 7 or 8 and that was just at night, I was losing a lot of sleep and it was affecting my work and marriage. I tried a lot of different products like black cohash and creams nothing really significantly helped. I was using a hand held turbo fan to try and cool down when I had hot flashes and that was the best thing I could find until I tried FemFlax. I started with the recommended dose of 6 capsules and within 2 days my hot flashes and night sweats were totally eliminated. Next I tried to lower the dose to 4 capsules a day to see if I could stretch out the bottle to make it last longer and I started getting mild hot flashes so I went back to 6 capsules per day and I only get hot flashes on the days that I forget to take it. The only negative thing I will say is that this is a healthy amount of fiber (concentrated from the outer hull of flax seed). Although this could be a bonus for some people, make sure to drink a full glass of water when taking.

I thought I would never find a quality product that would help my menopause symptoms. I am glad I found this because my hot flashes were getting out of control. I have tried several other products with little to no results. This product has helped me more than you can imagine. I finally have my hot flashes under control and I am no longer having night sweats. I highly recommend this product to any woman going through menopause.
