Don't bother, it won't come.
I ordered this book from Amazon in early October, they said it was back ordered but gave me target dates taht I might receive this item. Nov 29th I was informed - sorry can't get it. But I see it is still on their list of orderable items and it does qualify for FREE SHIPPING! Of course anyone can ship nothing for free. Don't waste your time here, look elsewhere.
