5.0 out of 5 stars WOW WOW WOW!
As a La Femme Nikita fan from the beginning I always felt that the show deserved a lot more attention then it got. I got dissapointed in another book about the show but this one is fantastic.Connolly did a great job on it. It is full of trivia and facts that even the hardcore fan like me find surprising. 3.0 out of 5 stars More of an episode guide than a biography
If you were really, really interested in some deep background of Peta Wilson, this book only gives you a chapter or so. It's mostly an episode guide that is more thorough and up to date than La Femme Nikita Xposed. The editor probably could have touched up a few of the photos that weren't taken by a professional. But all in all, it was nice to see some time spent on...

This review is from: La Femme Peta: The Unofficial Story of the Woman Behind Nikita (Paperback)
As a La Femme Nikita fan from the beginning I always felt that the show deserved a lot more attention then it got. I got dissapointed in another book about the show but this one is fantastic.Connolly did a great job on it. It is full of trivia and facts that even the hardcore fan like me find surprising. The focus of the bio section is of course on Peta Wilson and she does a fine job on chronicalling her life in the section devoted to it. The other stars of the show get lesser treatment but these small things are well made up for in the reat of the book which includes: 1)Complete synopsis of each episode including all of the titles of the songs appearing in each episode. 2)Pictures of the real places that many of the episodes were filmed. 3)A comprehensive listing of the credits of all of the key actors 4)Brilliant analysis of the Nikita character as well as lot of the sub issues... A MUST READ FOR ALL FANS>>

5.0 out of 5 stars I'm Impressed, February 25, 2000
This review is from: La Femme Peta: The Unofficial Story of the Woman Behind Nikita (Paperback)
A very informative look into the life of Peta Wilson and the cast of 'La Femme Nikita' Up to date pictures and with the synopses of the first 3 seasons of the show. For anyone that had not seen the show from the beginning it is a very informative look into the workings of the show. I was also very impressed with the 'lingo' glossary that is included.

It is thoughtfully laid out and with the pictures interspersed through the book makes it fun to browse.

Including location shots and telling what episodes they appeared in and what scene made it seem that much more real.

Thanks to the author for making this available to us.

This is an excellent book which not only features information on Peta Wilson but the rest of the talented cast as well. Roy Dupuis as Michael is in my opinion the real star of La Femme Nikita and this book contained some terrific photos of Mr. Dupuis that I had not seen before. You will also find information on Alberta Watson, Eugene Robert Glazer and the rest of the cast. The episode descriptions were excellent and I found myself shaking my head in agreement with every one of them. Great job, there is something here for everyone.

1.0 out of 5 stars more La Femme Nikita.............less Peta Wilson, August 25, 2005

This review is from: La Femme Peta: The Unofficial Story of the Woman Behind Nikita (Paperback)
The title of this book is deceiving. It suggests that it is a biography of Peta Wilson, when only the first chapter is about Peta and the rest is about the show, the cast of La Femme Nikita and a chronology of each episode. It is not what I hoped it to be and wouldn't recommend to a reader looking for a biography of Peta Wilson because this book falls way short of that expectation. I wanted the biography and didn't get what I paid for................

5.0 out of 5 stars a must have fan favorite, March 11, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: La Femme Peta: The Unofficial Story of the Woman Behind Nikita (Paperback)
I love this book. The pictures, episode guide, facts about the star and her co-stars. It's an excellent guide to the first three seasons of the show. I do wish it would have had season four and five. Hopefully, there will be another book featuring the whole of the show. Pictures, all five seasons, actor backgrounds, character backgrounds, etc. But I do love this book.

I purchased this as a small companion to the soundtrack CD. Nice book that is well written. It contains some good pictures but to few in my opinion. A worthy buy if you like the tv-show.

I can't believe I am the first one to post a review. This book is great and a must buy. I love the biography of the stars. I enjoy seeing the pictures, especially the ones of Matthew Ferguson.
