The FENDER medium shell pick is the best ever. I'm a GIBSON guy, but always use these picks. They always deliver and feel right. You will lose them way before you could ever wear them out.

I was satisfied not only with the shape and endurance of these Fender Guitar Picks, I was also thrilled by the textured color scheme on these picks.

With their medium weight, I also found them just right for beginners like me.

I've been playing guitar for 30+ years, have tried every flatpick I've ever come across, and nothing gives the tonal variety of a Fender celluloid pick. I use heavy guage myself, but the mediums and lights are equally good for their purpose.

And notice that I'm reviewing the PICK, not the company that ships them to me. The rules here clearly state that we are to address the PRODUCT. Only. If I had a beef with Amazon, I wouldn't blame the picks -- they're just plastic triangles -- how could THEY be to blame?

By the way, I play with the rounded corner of the Fender heavy pick, and this gives me a very mellow, "rotund" tone -- not too sharp, not so easily caught up in the strings, etc. I'm so old, I remember when these cost a nickel. Heh.

I purchased this pack even with the bad reviews regarding shipping. I figured worse case, I get less than 12 and have to submit a complaint to Amazon.

I was pleasantly surprised today when the shipment arrived. The picks were shipping in a padded envelope which was completely sealed. When I opened it, the picks were still in the little plastic case although that was really a miracle. The plastic case is not made very well and I can understand how it would come open during shipping.

I did receive all 12 picks though and overall am happy with the product.

I thought i'd take my chances and see if i won the lottery with this purchase and i feel i did compared to a lot of the other reviews. I picked up the box off of my porch and two picks fell out onto my sidewalk. all together i ended up with 11 picks which i was pretty happy to get.

I bought a pickpack of 12 picks and I recieved only six picks. The package label says that there were 12 picks.... but the picks are great.

I, like most if not all the people here, got my picks encased in a plastic box within a bigger box with all of them scattered throughout the latter. However, all 12 of them were in there, thanks to the taping. While I sympathize with people who didn't get all of their picks, that has little to do with the product and more to do with careless shippers who don't know how fragile the tiny plastic box is. The picks feel really nice, got exactly what I paid for.

They're probably the greatest guitar pick I have ever had, and as far as shipping goes, I got every pick that I ordered.

I recommend medium for any playing style, and I recommend this model and brand, because of the great shape, and there seems to be a very thin oil, which makes them just perfect.

These are just perfect ... Reading the earlier reviews I was just hoping that I get all of them :) When I saw the package, there was no way anything could come out. Besides they were in a sealed plastic pack so I was really happy. Just thought I did write this review to let others know that the packaging is perfect now!

For the money, I have a hard time complaining. However, I am missing one out of twelve due to the package falling apart. Oh well.
