This Strat Pack includes a 3-tone sunburst Stratocaster guitar, strings, picks, a strap, Squier SP-10 amp, and a 10-foot cable. The highly versatile Stratocaster guitar offers legendary Fender tone combined with classic styling, and it's suited for all styles of music. It features a 22-fret fingerboard with dot position inlays, three single-coil pickups with 5-way switching, sealed die-cast tuners for consistent tuning stability, chrome hardware and a three-ply white pickguard. The synchronous tremolo bridge can be used for subtle shimmery manipulation of chords or hard-core whammy-bar excursions. You'll also get a wide range of tones from the single volume and dual tone controls. The Squier SP-10 amp controls include volume, treble, bass, and an overdrive on/off button that delivers tube-like tone. A headphone output allows silent practice. It features a 6-inch speaker, 10-watt drive, and a tough, textured vinyl exterior.

I am extremely new to the guitar and I don't have a lot of money so I decided to buy this guitar. When it came, I took it out and was impressed. Granted I have never touched a real Fender Strat, but this guitar is built well. Unlike another reviewer, the frets were finished properly(no sharp edges). For a beginners guitar I think it is very nice.

The package did not have all the items in it, but Amazon's phone customer service is awesome. Thank you Amazon.

For the first electric guitar, I say it's pretty good, I played acoustic before but wanted to try something new so I bought this and so far it meets my expectations, the clean sounds good, the "distortion" is okay for strumming but I suggest to buy a pedal, which I did. So for starters this is GREAT!!
