This book shows us ALL how to lighten up a little! It is fun to read and encourages one of the most important things to have in life - a positive attitude. I found the book and it's colorful techniques wonderfully uplifting.

I enjoyed this book and found all of the suggestions for incorporating color into my wardrobe really helpful. Feng Shui Chic explains why you can feel down when you wear all dark colors all the time (like I used to!) -- and how and why other colors can affect your mood -- Feng Shui Chic really works, good stuff!

I have read I don't know how many Feng Shui books, and downloaded ebooks, and attended classes. This book was like a breath of fresh air! However, it was totally not what I expected. It talks about (primarily) fashion (clothes, accessories, etc.) and how to Feng Shiu what you wear. But it also has tidbits of information throughout including foods, Chinese Medicine, visualization, etc. Even if you're not a "fashionista" (which I am not), I still found this to be so original and helpful. For example, when doing my nails, how the nail should be shaped and the colors to use. How original is that? Buy a used copy of the book and the minute you get it, open it up, pick something out, and try it. What's the worst that might happen other than some great changes in your life?

If Carole Swann Meltzer was actually trained by a venerable master in Hong Kong, he's turning over in his grave right now! A true "master" would NEVER falsely promote Feng Shui as a trendy product line that serves only her financial gain. Real Feng Shui? No Way!

Do not waste your money on this book. Charts were confusing!! Choose another author that knows what they are talking about.
