5.0 out of 5 stars Feng Shui, Food and Fortune.... And Enjoy May 5, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book captures the essence of traditional feng shui in a fun and enthusiastic manner.

Nina introduces us to the world of space, time and human energies, one bite at a time. She gives a rounded approach to the interpretation of energy in our environment and inside our bodies and how it is all interconnected. You will take away an awareness of the depth and breadth of how essential food, our energy source is for our health, career, relationships, academics and peace-of-mind.

The layout and explanations are methodical and comprehensive. You learn the basic tenets of all Chinese metaphysical studies and it is a great primer and reference document. Her knowledge and comfort with subject matter comes across confidently in the suggestions on how to adapt the rules to each individual.

This book succeeds as a well-researched reference document with an ultimately practical and fun way to apply the information through the extensive delicious recipes.

It also serves as an awareness tool of our surroundings, our actions and what we ingest. What we are drawn to may not be the best thing for us.

A terrific set of guidelines. Test it out. Experiment.
