This review is from: Feng Shui at Home (Hardcover)
I'm new to the subject of feng shui, and am especially interested in applying the principles to home decor so I bought this book. What I like about it is that it has many beautiful pictures of plush homes that utilized feng shui. It's basically a bunch of case studies of home by different designers utilizing feng shui. What I don't like is that it hardly bothers to explain the concepts at all. So beginners won't learn much. It also seemed rather contradictory or confusing. For example it would discourage some design elements as bad feng shui, then show case studies of good feng shui that depicted that same elements being used. I attribute that to the fact that a different designer was responsible for each case study, but still it was confusing for a rookie.
