I listened by chance to this CD two years ago and after a couple of days I bought it, enthusiastic. After a while, Monajat has definitely become my favourite female voice, and one of the best interpreters of religious music at my knowledge. This Cd introduced me as well into the world of central asian classical music. I recommend it to anyone who loves any kind of vocal art, because it's one of the best examples I know, and to anyone who would like to discover the tradition of the music of that area, because there would not probably be any sweeter way of doing that. This CD is astonishing. As my belgian friend, I would like to know if there's a way to contact Monajat. Please anybody who knows an address of her let me know. Thank you.

I think this is one of the best traditional Uzbek/Central Asian music CD's in the western market. Madame Monajat has a voice from heaven. She is a leader in her genre of music. I highly recommend this CD for those interested in traditional Uzbek/Central Asian music.

Mysterious and deep. Yultchieva's voice is like magic.
