Ferrari Enzo - 1:10 ScaleI purchased this RC Ferrari for my son for Christmas.The car looks amazing .The problem with the vehicle is the tires. There are very few surfaces that the car works well on. We have tried them all. Terrible on smooth pavement outside, handles terrible on wooden floors. Does best on carpet. We have owned many RC cars ( 15) at 1/10 th or 1/11 the scale. The materials of construction on this for the money feels cheap. Because I was not sure if the car would come in time I bought an RC Ford Mustang for $20 dollars less and no shipping which out performed the Ferrari on any surface, no question with much more durable materials and workmanship. I even was able to obtain from Toys R US a buyer protection plan $8.99 for 18 months after purchase that covered repairs damage from normal wear and tear including damage due to accidental damage from handling. It was quite comprehensive.My son did not voice disappointment but simple has expressed his frustration by choosing not to play with the Ferrari and only with the Ford Mustang. His Christmas wish was the RC Ferrari. The RC Ferrari is now on the shelf. Big mistake by me ,not to be repeated.There are many other RC products distributed by this same company. I believe based out of California.

When I first looked at this particular Ferrari RC car, I was stunned at the level of accuracy. Its quite an exquisite vehicle. This is not hobby grade
per say, but its nice none the less. I enjoy looking at it as it reminds me so much like 3d art work. The body and details are very nice and pretty true
for a 1/10 scale rendition of this Ferrari. Ferrari Graphics look nice as does the Ferrari Prancing Horse. Interior looks very detailed as do the wheels. Side view mirrors also look great and the windows are clear and crisp
giving it a more realistic look. I really like this RC car allot. I ran it for a few minutes and have it displayed now. The engine detail is also very nice and can be seen through the rear deck window. Set comes with controller
antenna for controller, rechargeable battery and charger as well as all other batteries. Instructions. Now I read the comments from above poster about the handling difficulties. This is not a hobby grade RC car. However, it does, in my opinion handle quite nicely. The tires need break in time. I got on the gas with mine and she broke left and spun like crazy. Expected since the tires are new, and thus are not broken in. One could use very light sandpaper and rough up the tires a little, but if you plan on running this on a really super smooth surface, it will likely slip slide on you. Hey, its a Ferrari and they are notorious for being a hand full to handle. Anyway, a great buy at really any price. The looks alone are worth it. Happy motoring!
