This is a great book to have. The online service is great where you do not need to carry the book around. When you register the book online, you can access the book online from any computer.

I bought this book less than 2 months back and I found it very helpful as a quick reference for doctors in primary care of diseases in different speciality with very nice differencial diagnosis and quick lab test informations.

I am currently trying to teach myself some pathology and this book was recommended to me. It has been a great source to have, and I am glad I invested in it. The book is clear and concise which is perfect for reference or if you are second guessing yourself about a patient. I think that the ob/gyn section is lacking a little, but over all i have found this book very helpful.
