Ferry Morse Early Long Purple Eggplant seeds,
By Pam Sykes (Cumberland City, TN USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Ferry-Morse 3053 Organic Eggplant Seeds, Early Long Purple (500 Milligram Packet) (Lawn & Patio)
I planted these seeds last summer, and they grew the most delicious eggplant I have ever eaten...most of them were near one foot in length.
The plants were very prolific, growing to around 3 feet tall, and very sturdy. Each plant produced alot of eggplants over and over again. I have purchased these seeds again this year for my garden. I saved seeds planted them this year, but I can't seem to find out if these are open-pollinated or not. The seeds have sprouted, and we will see this year what they produce. Pam

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Ferry-Morse 3053 Organic Eggplant Seeds, Early Long Purple (500 Milligram Packet) (Lawn & Patio)
The soil was prepared, the containers readied, the lights placed and the seeds planted. The little sprouts appeared in May along with varieties of vegetables in several containers. And then, after about three weeks they all died. I am sure it was something in the soil and will use the rest of the seeds for next years batch & hope for a better result. I give the rating this year as the sprouts did appear and began to grow. I think their demise is due to my lack of developed horticultural skills.
