Organic. A mustard of Japanese origin. Dark green and narrow leaves are deeply cut and fringed at the edges. A vigorous grower and produces an abundance of slender white stalks. Resistant to cold. This packet will plant approximately a 60 foot row. For best greens, provide quick growth by keeping ground around the seed moist. Sow again in late summer for fall harvest. Sow directly in garden as early as soil can be worked. Cool weather vegetable. Plant seeds every 3 inches, covering firmly with soil. Thin plants to 9 inches apart when they have 2 or 3 leaves. As plants begin to mature, pick outer leaves for regular use until entire plants are harvested.
