I live in Los Angeles and have tried a number of see varieties / blends and this was by far the best. Comes in thick dark green and strong. Also germinates significantly faster than they claim if the area is well watered. I wanted more seed so I called up Ferry-Morse Direct and ordered a 25lb bag.
