I cannot draw a serious correlation using only one point but this is our story.

After one year trying to get pregnant, we did conceive our first son the same month we were scheduled to start fertility treatment. So, for our second one, we did brace ourselves for the long haul. We did know that the problem is my low sperm count so, when my wife suggested these pills --after just five months trying to conceive-- I (who didn't believe at all in these things) just decided to go with it to please her. After just one month taking them, we are expecting our second child... and I am starting to believe.

before taking this product, my husbands sperm count, mobility, etc... was very low. 70% of sperm was dead and those that were alive, only 30% were moving. After taking this product we went back to the doctor and there was an increase. I believe it went from 16 million to 23 million. I am not pregnant because we had stopped to plan around our vacation. Though, I'm confident I will be when we try again in August. I can't say 100% that this product increases sperm count, etc... All I know is that before he took it, his sperm count, etc... was lower than after he took this product.

We had been trying for about 8 months when I ordered FertilAid for Men and FertilAid for Women. We each took them for a few months and now we're pregnant!! Now if they just made something like this for morning sicknes... :)

I started taking this product in March, and my wife got pregnant in May. And I am pretty sure its mine.
We have been trying six years, with the infertility issue being on my side. I had low count, morphology and motility...the tri-fecta of issues. We tried IVF and other fertility methods with no success.
I started an agressive treatment with my urologist who put me on AmeriDex (sp?) which is an estrogen inhibitor used to treat breast cancer, and at that same time I started taking Fertile-aide. Let me be very clear on this, I am horrible about taking medications regulary.
The shipping of this product was quick, the product seems to have worked, and I cannot sing enough praises about it.
Now gentlemen, I do suggest you consult an urologist in order to get accurate counts. I think it was the combination of the two pills that helped here.

My husband and I have been TTC for over a year, we are both 30 years old. I have PCOS and have always had very irregular periods (some 80-90 day cycles) and my husband had low count and poor morphology. We went to a fertility clinic in July. I had an HSG - no problems there, so we started several months of fertility drugs and IUI's, each time it failed, it was more crushing than the last. Over the holidays we decided we needed a break and we would start fresh in January. I read about Fertilaid on TTC websites and decided it couldn't hurt to take them while we were on our break. We had tried different combinations of supplements and vitamins before, which seemingly did nothing, so needless to say we were skeptical about fertilaid. My husband started taking the Fertilaid for Men and I started the Fertilaid for Women in the middle of November. We only took 2 capsules a day with food. Well, I don't know how much I can contribute to the Fertilaid, but it seems like a very strange coincidence that suddenly I am pregnant, just like that, the good old fashioned way! No fertility medications, no treatments, no charting my cycles and definitely eating like crap over the holidays. I am truly in shock about it, I wish I had read about Fertilaid 18 months ago when we started this journey. I would definitely recommend this product. It also helped regulate my cycles to 36-38 days, which is much more normal. I get that it is not a fix-all solution, but if you have tried everything else, I would say it absolutely can't hurt! Tried FertilAid for Men with no improvement shown in 3 months in sperm motility. Asked doctor about it and he told me that ingredients list showed that it did not have enough L-carnitine, for one thing. He said studies suggest that amount of L-carnitine required to boost male fertility is measured in grams (The main study he quoted was 2 grams/day - sorry can't post the link to the study on Amazon; just search on Wikipedia for carnitine). FA4Men has less than a gram (in 3 capsule daily dosage) of a proprietary blend and only a portion of that is L-Carnitine (as L-Carnitine Tartrate - Tartrate is a salt of tartaric acid which is added to stabilize the L-Carnitine). I'm looking for a product with 2 - 3 grams of some form of Carnitine. It is expensive stuff in those amounts, though.

I am pregnant after 7 yrs of trying this helped. and so easy. woohoo.

We tried for a year. Used this and on our 3rd month we're now pregnant. Heard about this from a friend who was trying as well.. on his 3rd month, they got pregnant, was worth the shot...

be diligent about taking the suggested dosage... it'll happen for you.

I don't think this did anything for us, but with a product like this, it's really hard to know for sure; even if you get pregnant while your husband uses it, that doesn't mean it was because of this necessarily.

PLEASE be wary of the many raving reviews on here where the person hasn't reviewed ANY other products (click on "see all reviews" by their username to check). That always makes me question the authenticity of the review.
