I have not been able to try to get pregnant as my husband is gone for a year but it seems to be helping me get more regular. I've still had some long periods but it seems to be getting better with less spotting in between.

If you have irregular periods then this would help in regulating them. I tried this only for 2 months. After taking this periods started getting regular. With this I did not get pregnant.
