Easily readable and usable,

I have used this book to teach workshops on fertility awareness for conception and contraception. It's clearly written in language everyone can understand and includes information on basic anatomy and the menstrual cycle, and 3 different signs of ovulation (more than just the Billings (mucus) method). I've typically found that most women find one sign does not work for them, but the other 2 generally are usually quite clear. The book includes how to use this information for conception and for contraception (both as natural family planning, and for "fertility awareness" - that is, using other methods of birth control as needed during the cycle). It's also very good for just getting to know your body more. |
