I love this journal. There are spaces for you to mark your temperature and days of your cycle. What I wasn't expecting were all the facts you get on every page - a great bonus! Each month is a separate chapter, each week a 2-page spread with journaling boxes for each day, information blurbs on the sidelines, and usually a small Q&A related to the info. One week there is a place to write down all the underlying health problems you might want to bring up with your fertility doctor, another week there is a section to list your food vices and brainstorm ways to overcome them.
I do have frustrations however - mostly about lack of space. The book suggests making a separate food journal. Why not include room to do that here? I would prefer larger areas to journal each day, more info boxes for tracking things like mood, general wellness vs. sickness, cervical fluid, and the actual date to accompany the cycle date. There just isn't room to jot that all down yourself in the smallish journaling boxes provided. Still, this is a great resource!

I enjoyed reading through the information it provided every month but there isn't alot of room for journaling. The journaling is set up for each month, I would prefer it to be separated into cycles. Because my cycle goes from the middle of one month to the middle of the next. So I don't think that the journaling part is well thought out. And the information it does provide can be found in any pregnancy book.

As stressful as it may be at times, this I recommend for those who plan on having a child. It has very interesting information and you can write whatever you want on it versus on a daily planner. Very helpful and educational.

This journal is helpful in regards of keeping good records of your temp, taking a prenatal, and your CM and when you have intercourse. There is also other useful info included that I was not thinking about until I went through the journal. I am on my second cycle using the journal, and hoping it works soon, but it is definatly nice to have in case I need to show my OB in the future.

I was having a difficult time conceiving... this journal allowed for me to write my thoughts and vent my frustrations all while charting my temperatures, etc. It gives wonderful advice on each page, and it's almost like you have your own personal coach... or cheerleader inspiring you to keep on going.
I would recommend this as a gift to anyone trying to conceive. Or for yourself if you're in that same boat. Doesn't matter how many children you have.

It wasn't quite what I was expecting. I am going through fertility treatments, and I thought that the Fertility Journal would be geared more towards that. However, there is only two months devoted to fertility treatments. That said, the book is extremely versatile. I was able to make it work for me. Instead of starting with the two fertility treatment months, I started at month 1. It helps to have a place to write down all of my information.

This only problem I have with the Journal is that there is only two areas for treatment which means if you need more then two treatments then you don't have a place to track it. However, other then that its a great journal.
