2nd Set arrived damaged,

We bought this as a present for our son and daughter-in-law for their wedding anniversary.The first arrived broken then the 2nd set arrived really quickly but was also broken on arrival. let's hope the 3rd set arrives in tact.

poor frame, good customer service,

When this arrived the frame was bent and a dish was chipped; I called it in and they replaced it immediately - I didn't even have to send the old one back. But the new frame was also kind of bent, it's pretty cheap bendy metal. But not too much, and overall it was not bad.
