Definitely one of Madonna's best cover songs. In this CD, you'll find an edit of the album version (the same as she performed at SNL in 1993), and some remixes. The mixes are good, especially the Murk Boys Miami Mix. All mixes except the Shep Dub can be found on the U.S. "Bad Girl" maxi. Here's the tracklist:

Very good, as is the entire "Erotica" album. If you liked Peggy's version, you'll LOVE Madonna's version. She gives me fever!!!

I am a long Madonna fan and have been looking for the rare video remix for fever....I was dissapointed to find out that it is not included on this cd, but nonetheless it is still a very collectible item. If you too are looking for the video remix, amazon has it available on the German import for Rain. The remix is called EDIT ONE!

The Faster Remixes of this song really turn the old Peggy Lee song into a house/club mix that I would be happy to play

I love madonna. I've wanted this single for ever but when I listened to it it wasn't my favorite single I've bought. My favorite remix is track 4: Shep's Remedy Dub. It's not one of Madonna's best singles but it is good.

The title says it all. It's not a total loss though, it still has extended mixes of the still hot "house" album version of the song. The video mix can be found on the Germany pressing of the "Rain" single under the alias "Edit One".

Love Madge...have the casette but want the CD; but you couldn't get for some reason?

Before I purchase this CD, I would like to hear the single version. If it is like the version I heard on Saturday Night Live a few years ago (the show was a repeat), I'm interested in purchasing. Do you have a sample to listen to? I do want to buy this, but not if it is not what I heard. I really like what she did to Peggy Lee's song. Fever is one of my top five oldies but goodies and many singers have sung this song. I would like to introduce this version to my DJ, where I go dancing. Swing dancers would love this. Thanking you in advance.

Despite this cd does not have the Video Version (Edit One) of "Fever" it is still a Really good cd!

3)Extended 12": I do not like this version that well, because I do not like the album version that well, and this is moreless an extended album version.

5)Murk Boys Miami Mix: A great dance mix, I love it!
6)Murk Boys Deep South Mix: A great mix, but not as good as the Miami Mix.

Great, not fabulous. Something is missing. So I never bought this single. The best remix of Fever is actually the Video Version (also called "Edit One"). You'll find it on the Rain/Fever import single (available here!).
