4.0 out of 5 stars A refresher course in quantum physics, May 12, 2000
This review is from: Feynman Integral and Random Dynamics in Quantum Physics: A Probabilistic Approach to Quantum Dynamics (Mathematics and Its Applications (closed)) (Hardcover)
First of all , this book is for the serious student of quantum physics , not for the layman looking for some fun beginner's book on quantum theory ! Having said that , this book alternates between very good and good . The part on feyman's integrals offers a clear insight into a complex subject but some applied mathematical concepts later on merit more discussion and the practical relevance needed to be highlighted more instead of getting lost in a maze of equations . But overall a highly recommened book for the serious student .
