The health benefits of fiber are well know, but that's not why I always have some Fiber Choice tablets in my desk.

A high-fiber food doesn't give you the rush-and-crash of a low-fiber food. Sometimes I give into temptation by eating a doughnut. Ordinarily I'd get a sugar rush; and then a huge fall.

When you eat 3 or 4 fiber tablets before or after eating the doughnut, you won't get that crazy blood sugar spike.

A friend of mine who is Type 2 diabetic eats a couple of these tablets whenever she is going to eat a meal that might affect her blood sugar. She monitors her blood sugar. Her experience is that the fiber tablets help keep her blood sugar stable.

Thus, Fiber Choice fiber tablets mitigate the harm you'd otherwise do to yourself by eating junk food. They taste pretty good, too.

I love fiber choice. My wife loves fiber choice. Heck, I buy it for my friends. But the style of fiber choice I most desire isn't available in quantity - I like the sugar free orange flavor. This sugar free assorted orange medley is a bad substitute - the various flavors shouldn't be commingled. Ick.

They taste pretty good and I take them for the fiber content which is non existent in most of the processed foods you buy these days and the body needs fiber to help regulate your metabolism and clear out your system and help control cholesterol

I ordered this product in error. I do not like any sugar free product. However, Fiber Choice is an excellent fiber supplement that I use daily and highly recommend.

I thought I bought this product before but I was mistaken. I remembered the product I bought that worked before had multiple colors. It worked for me rather well. This product doesn't do a thing for me. It does taste rather good until you chew down to the gummy substance left after the flavory stuff is gone.

I DON'T LIKE THE BRANDS OF FIBER CHOICE PRESENTED IN THE STORES. THEY DO NOT CARRY SUGAR FREE ORANGE WHICH IS MY FAVORITE. SINCE AMAZON DOES CARRY THIS PRODUCT-THEY GET MY BUSINESS.
