I always eat these when I'm on the go or have a chocolate craving. I find them to be more filling than other brands of granola or cereal bars, but still low enough fat/calorie content (with more fiber!) so I don't feel guilty eating one a day. Amazon ships these in handy little boxes of two so they don't get crushed if you just throw a box into your bag/purse.

I have been buying these bars since they were first introduced, and they have really helped me kick butt on Weight Watchers at only 2 points per bar! Delicious oat and chocolate flavors blend together perfectly with just the right chewy texture. They keep me full and not looking for my next snack all afternoon! Extremely satisfying! And with Amazon's subscription program and free delivery you can't touch the price.

This review is for the Oats and Chocolate flavour.

This flavour is fun and chewy! There's a terrific amount of chocolate bits to keep you happy and the granola isn't overly sticky OR hard and teeth shattering like other brands. That said... keep yourself in check and do not exceed more than 1 bar or 2 per day. Hell maybe just 2 or 3 a week.

I do love this flavour though, it's really like eating a candy bar but feeling a teeny smidgin less guilty for doing so.

I like these almost too much....so had to back off and control myself. They are especially nice when you are on the go or it is between meals and need a nutritional snack. One can easily over do it though. So be careful. They are really good and of course healthy too.

I like Fiber One bars as they provide a lot of fiber while also tasting very good! Keep in mind that they taste so good because of the enormous amount of sugar in each bar, but if you can overlook this than it's a great deal. Also this package came as advertised as a bunch of boxes of 2. Not really the most environmental if you are just going to eat them yourself but the price is right and comparible to Walmart (although slightly more expensive I believe)

I started eating fibre one bars when I began Weight Watchers. I found it to be a tasty filling snack. Oats and chocolate is my favorite flavour. I don't really care for the caramel or the peanut butter ones. But the oats and chocolate ones are delicious.

It's hard to find them in large packs where I am but whenever I do, I scoop them up. I find them filling either for breakfast or as a mid-day snack. I used to hide them from my kids, as I do with all my Weight Watchers stuff, but finally realized that I should be happy they were eating them too (albeit frustrated that I would be met with an empty box when I went to pack my lunch).

These taste so good that it's hard to believe they are healthy.

I love Fiber One bars and consider them essential to have with me as a snack throughout the workday. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the bars from Amazon. Somehow they tasted a little less fresh and more like cardboard than the ones I've been used to. The price is a great deal but do be aware that the quality may not be what you expect...

My wife buys these Fiber One bars and I started eating one per day because they taste really good (almost like a candy bar) and I assumed they were healthy since they are from Fiber 1 and have 35% of your daily fiber. In fact, I had been eating at least a couple a week for over a year now. After having some gastrointestinal issues, I checked the box of the fiber 1 bars and I was surprised to find that the first ingredient was something I'd never heard of before: "chicory root." I've read a lot about chicory root and I'm skeptical about the healthiness of these bars due to my research and my own observations having been a long time consumer. Here are my observations:

Pros:
-Good Taste

Cons:
-Will give you bad gas if consumed regularly or in large quantities. Goes away after not consuming the bars for a few days
-Has quite a few calories and sugars. It tastes like a candy bar because it almost is a candy bar.
-I periodically had painful BMs and blood in my stools when I ate these regularly. I couldn't figure out what was causing it. I attributed it to marathon training for a long time but after taking these out of my diet the problem has not returned.
-I feel a little leaner and stronger having taken these out of my diet. It could just be the drop in caloric intake.


This leads me to believe that these bars probably do more harm than good to the digestive system and the body in general. It makes me sad because I really like the taste but I've got to stop eating these. I suggest doing some research on these bars and chicory root before you think about eating these regularly.

This is my first subscribe and save purchase on Amazon, and I love the concept. This totally saves me a trip to the grocery store. As an environmentalist, I was a little disappointed in the excessive packaging for a bulk item. I didn't realize that this was packaged, perhaps more for a small business owner to sell in packs of 2 (I overlooked this in the description). In the Amazon box, there were a couple of inflated plastic 'pillows' to fill up the void. Then, there were 8 boxes of 2 count. A little much for me, since this will be used for household use only, and getting the bars in their pouches would have been sufficient.

I'll be blunt. These bars give me terrible gas. I'm sure it isn't another food because I've eaten them on several different days with different foods. If you want to try these bars I'd recommend just buying one as a test.
