Love the easy, quick and low calorie cake.

Cinnamon crumb cake tastes like cinnamon; not like 100% apple.

And then you add more sugar to the top of it.

At first try, I didn't like these little cakes much because they were dry. Then a remembered a little trick of adding a spoon full of sugar free applesauce to the recipe. I tried it and it turned these cakes into a moist and delicious treat without adding any significant calories! Maybe I should let Fiber Gourmet in on my secret!!

I love this one better than the chocolate brownie. Top with a Healthy Choice fudge bar...or scoop of your fav ice cream ... I use Healthy Choice cuz it is portioned...still can't have nsa ice cream in the house. It's delish. Too much packaging. But it's sweet, it's dessert, and you can eat it and not feel awful the next day.

I purchased this product so as I could enjoy a low calorie treat and not put on weight before I set off to the UK.

This product for 90 calories is excellent. The taste is very good, the amount for the calories excellent and if you would like that touch of sweetness to help you as you lose that weight, then this product for you is perfect.

While this isn't anything like you'd make yourself, you cannot beat a tasty little treat for such low calories. If you follow Weight Watchers, this will only set you back 1 point! The topping is "interesting" to say the least, but if you can get past the grainy texture, it doesn't taste bad. It's not something I'd eat on a daily basis, but when I want cake, I can have it and not worry about blowing 5+ points.

If you are expecting them to magically make this low calorie, low fat cake taste like a betty crocker cake mix, you will be sorely disappointed. It definitely tastes like a "healthy" dessert, but pretty much everything I eat is low fat so this was not unappealing to me. And it is perfect to have on hand to cure a sugar craving without having to mix up a whole batch of batter.

Cinnamon cake is a decent portion size. Very easy and quick to make, just add some water and microwave for 30-45 secs. Love the easy, quick and low calorie cake. I normally put the topping in the wet batter, just before microwaving to make a caramel swirl in the cake. This is now something that I always keep in my pantry.

I have now tried to make these 4 - 5 different ways and still find the taste and texture to be less than appetizing. One reviewer suggested putting a scoop of ice cream on top......well, duh, that would improve/mask the flavor but I'm eating this because it's healthy and low-cal.....I want it to taste good on its own! If I wanted a bowl of ice cream I certainly wouldn't add this mess to it. One warning....DO NOT add that entire envelope of "brown sugar" to the top after nuking.....it is surely not brown sugar and it is gagg-a-licious.
