Book Description

March 4, 2004
FibroMYalgia Story is a personal journey of one woman's battle with the physical and emotional torment of fibromyalgia. A journey that begins with a traumatic accident leading to a life-threatening blood disorder followed by a 15-year nightmare of adverse drug reactions and the symptoms of fibromyalgia.FibroMYalgia Story specifically deals with personal relationships and interactive issues while desperately trying to live with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Disorder. The Author feels there is no textbook protocol to finding a 'cure' for fibromyalgia because the disorder is life-circumstantial and individually based. The Author uses FibroMYalgia Story as an example by creating her own time-line of circumstantial events leading to the onset of the symptoms and the journey lead by her own spiritual guide resulting in her recovery. The Author wishes FibroMyalgia Story to be an instrument in helping others overcome this 'real' yet still controversial disorder. She invites everyone to tell his or her fibromyalgia story. Please email your story to blessed2bfmsfree@comcast.net.

About the Author

Cheryl was born in Olympia, Washington in 1959 when children were 'tobe seen and not heard!'¿ She was themiddle-child, the peacemaker, and the mediator.¿It was always her intention to keep the peace, no matter the cost, butthe 'rule' was that it had to be done in silence. She kept her screams hiddenthrough each and every painful experience in her life.¿ Deep inside the screamsturned to aches and then to pains.¿The screams turned into a disorder that was consuming her life.¿ Then one day after years of praying, a voiceweld up inside of her and in the glory she SCREAMED!¿ "I'M BEING POISONED AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKEIT ANY MORE!"And so began FibroMYalgiaStory.
