The information in Hardaway's book has helped me. I used to be a heavy bleeder during my cycles due to fibroids, but not anymore. When I stay on the plan and follow the guidelines in the book, my cycles are much better. Thank you for the refreshing relief!

I read the book from cover to cover and felt like I had just received a wonderful gift of encouragement, meaningful help and guidance. I often use the book as a reference to help me make on-going decisions on my choices of foods and other nutritional additions. I really enjoy reading the positive affirmations the author has provided.

THis book is about a real story, read it and understant things you must and musn't do

This book is informational in spite of being very poorly written and organized. It is hard to imagine that the book was even edited based upon the grammatical errors. The grammar actually takes away from the information trying to be presented. The information is helpful.

I am very grateful that the author took the time to tell her story. I have been helped tremendously by this book. As I have gone through the fibroid tumor "challenge," as the author so affectionately puts it, I have more confidence that "this too shall pass." Hardaway gives the reader the specific tools to help the reader through the challenge, naturally. The book is very informative. I like the recipes.
