This book has a variety of easy to follow, great recipes. I t also informs you what types of food cause pain and what types of food that a fibro suffered should eat! This is a very useful book and I would recommend it to all of us who suffer greatly with fibromyalgia. Buy it!!

We have all heard this one before, but it is absolutely critical with us fibromylagia people. The recipes given in this book can really make a difference in our daily routine of eating. The foods are exciting and we know we can rely on the ingredients to be the best choice. It is a great thing to have such a specific book. Thank you for the extra freedom it brings!

I bought this book thinking that I would use it to cook for my mother-in-law. Since she is constant pain we have been trying anything to help her. Little did I realize that I too would be cooking the recipes for myself. They are easy to make, and do a world of good for people not only with Fibromyalgia, but others who are trying to eat healthy and make themselves feel better.

The reciepes are great tasting and are not complicated, which is good for people that do not have a lot of time to spend preparing meals. Along with the meals the tips and adivice from the author helps those with Fibromyalgia learn how to cope with such a debilitating disease through food and not only focus on medication. I give this book two thumbs up and suggest to anyone that it is worth buying.
