I learned about this book from a Fibromyalgia Help web page and I am VERY happy I bought it. It is problem enough trying to deal with FBM as a paeson and nearly impossible to explain it to anyone else. I have an extremly supportive family but they had no understanding of the syndrome. This book explains FBM clearly and in non medical terms. The author gives examples anyone can understand. Not only did my hyusband "get it" so did I.
