4.0 out of 5 stars finally, an earbud that works well.
I have gone through my share of earbud and other headphones for my MP3. I use them on the bus, bike and while cooking. These stay in your ears better than other brands. They are really reducing extraneous noise reasonably well and they sound great. My only small con is the somewhat excessive length of the wires so that they become entangled fairly easily.

2.0 out of 5 stars So So
The ear piece comes off easily...if you are not careful you could loose one. Then you end up having to buy extras.

I bought this when it was on sale, but it easily performed on par with headphones in the $80-100 range. First off, the headphones come with a 6-month warranty. I would have preferred a 1 year warranty, so I hope the headphones don't break between the 6 month - 1 year time period. Secondly, the headphones come with only one pair of ear pieces; they fit me well and I haven't had any problems with them falling off, so I can't complain too much.

The sound quality is great. It's about as good as that on my Sennheiser CX300's (which had pretty nice sound quality) and seemed to be a bit more clear.

The sound isolation works very well! I use these headphones on my daily train ride and they block out train noise, loud talkers, very nicely.

The headphones' double flange earpiece design makes it look more expensive than it really is, which is nice. But sometimes the larger flap itches your ear when you put the earpieces in.

Strangely, I seem to get a headache after using these headphones. Perhaps it's due to the strong noise isolation, but I've never experienced this problem with my numerous previous headphones. This problem seems to pertain only to me though.

A minor problem I'm gotten was that after putting the jack in the port, the sound will be "distorted" and I'll have to twist the jack a bit until the sound works perfectly. Not really a big problem though.

Overall, these headphones were great. The headphones combine good sound quality, good sound isolation, and good looks. They outperform my previous preferred headphones, the CX300's!

I purchased these from another site for $7.99 w/free shipping and read a review on this site prior to purchasing where the guy just raved and raved about the quality. I received these in the mail and was immediately disappointed. You can pretty much tell by the cheap looking packaging that these are some type of 3rd world produced rendition of earbuds. Here is my assessment now that I have used them for a few months-

Pros:
They work, sound comes out.

Cons:
The sound quality is poor. You get very little bass at all, just the highs, and those are watered-down.
The cord is obviously covered in cheap plastic, not the nicer rubbery covering on most earbuds.
The earbuds are not very noise cancelling, probably a 3 out of 10 in this area because they do work a bit.
The earbuds are not good fitting and they are not comfortable. I tried to stick them in further and it hurt.

I would avoid these. I have purchased other pairs on Amazon when on sale for maybe $13 that were way better and still have them. I just couldn't resist what I thought was a deal and now see that I got burned.
