Foudy is the best!!!,

This book takes a look at one of the greatest female soccer players in the world. It gives an over-view of her life as she grew up and when she joined the Women's National Team. The book also has some very nice photos of Foudy in action. This is a good book for any fan of women's soccer and Julie Foudy.

The book is great for youth girls interested in sports but also being a leader. When my daughter's school had their "wax museum" of course most girls who play soccer choose Mia Hamm. When my daughter came home saying only one person can do Mia Hamm in all of 5th grade I told her, what about Julie Foudy? Julie was not just a great player and soccer icon, but she was a leader on and off the field. She was an example of how you can excel in school and in sports at the same time!
