Fiesta 10-1/4-Ounce Mug

We have had a set of eight of these in Sea Mist and have used them for morning coffee for several years. They will sit on Fiestaware saucers just fine.

I have never burned myself with the handle as mentioned below, but tend to hold it with two hands or with the saucer together, not just by the handle. Fiestaware is very sturdy and even if the handle were larger might feel heavy in one hand.

(They are made like hotel china, essentially. Homer Laughlin is a hotel china company, in fact. The first set of dishes I had from them decades ago were some of their hotel line.)

For a bigger cup for cafe au lait style, I can recommend the Fiestaware "jumbo cups." We have a set of those in Sea Mist and use them for coffee, but also for heating soup in the microwave. They are both great. Never been disappointed with Fiestaware.

I love Fiestaware! I started collecting it in 2007 and haven't looked back. All the other dishes and bowls have been given to GoodWill. Fiestaware is all I use. It's so durable and beautiful. I mix and match the colors, I actually have 9 colors, and my table looks gorgeous. Despite heavy knife use, there are no scratches that show. There is only one downside to Fiestaware- the weight. I actually have to be a little careful with how I pull out my dishwasher rack when it's full because it almost tips. But I love it and it's worth the added effort.

These mugs are great! Turquoise is my color of choice in Fiestaware, and I have the four-piece place settings. I have always been disappointed in the size of the coffee cups. I guess I'm used to 'super-sizing,' especially when it comes to my coffee!

The cup was just as ordered and received in a timely fashion.

We bought the Fiesta dishes because we wanted something safe and casual that was made in the USA. We've been very pleased with the Fiesta dishes, and I whole-heartedly recommend them.

That said, I don't like these mugs. The handle is uncomfortable. They don't stack well. And they're too small. I often make coffee with a Keurig on the 8oz setting. By the time I put a little milk in the coffee, it's full enough that it's hard to walk with it. The automatic sizing of the Keurig serves to make me annoyed with the mugs every day, but you'd probably be able to adapt more easily with a regular coffee maker. And I do lean towards super-sizing with my coffee.

So, for what they are, they're OK. But I really wish they were larger. I'll probably buy some of the "jumbo" Fiesta mugs to replace these.

A friend collects Fiesta ware and was very happy to receive cups for a Christmas gift this year, her choice's are the brighter colors and she really likes the red color, very colorful. Even her husband who has bigger hands than us women likes the size of the handle. Purchased several cups for her during Black Friday from Amazon.

The mugs are as expected (great colors), but the ordering restriction seems odd. Why could I only buy three mugs of any one color? The shipping was odd also; two different boxes one day apart.

I don`t have any of these mugs myself but I used them at other people`s houses who do and fell in love with them. So I bought some for my sister who recently got married. They weren`t on her registry but she was thrilled to get them because her kitchen is decorated in yellow and black so these matched perfectly. Also, she moved to Arizona after her wedding and therefore didn`t think about registering for coffee cups at all. But she loves coffee and I figured even AZ has some cold days once in awhile. This was the best non-registry item I have ever bought for anyone. I can`t wait to buy some mugs for myself when I have the dough! The only bad part is the difficulty deciding which color : )

My order came immediately and was correct. What more can you ask for? This is a lovely piece of Fiestaware.

A modest proposal - Speedy Delivery as all who have grown up exposed to "Mr. Rogers neighborhood" know is a desirable attribute. However I suggest that you present a relatively uncluttered Order Review/Confirmation page exhibiting prominently (highlighting, reverse contrast blinking, etc.) the actual Selections (benefits) and the costs & cost total. This action will make clear that you have the customer's best interests in mind as well as your own.
