I have recently become a Fiestaware addict! I started with these cute little bowls, which I thought would be perfect for my three small children to use. For my two year old, it is the perfect size for cereal. We also use these little fruit bowls to serve, well, fruit at the dinner table. I also like using these bowls for quick candy or nuts dishes when guests arrive--they really are so veratile. They stack up nicely in the cupboard. And the Cinnabar color is unbelievably rich and pretty. I just ordered several new pieces in other colors too, and the Cinnabar coordinates wonderfully with the Plum, Cobalt, and Periwinkle.

Before I review the bowl, I'd like to point out that the photo currently appearing on this page is not correct. The fruit bowl has a tapered bottom and resembles, in shape and size, the sort of small bowl you get at coffee shops for fruit, sauces and condiments. In other words, a good, honest, small bowl.

If you're already a Fiestaware devotee you don't have to be sold on the line. You'll know that they're high quality dishes, durable and very adaptable to all sorts of occasions. And you'll know how beautiful the colors can be. But if you haven't seen the peacock blue color, you can't look at the photo and imagine the richness of this particular color. I think Fiesta has really come up with a winner this time. It's vivid without being garish, a perfect backdrop for your meals. (Color hint: orangey fruit such as peaches, apricots and... well, oranges, look wonderful against this color because orange is the color compliment to blue.) Color does matter on the table. And Fiestaware offers a banquet of color.

I use these bowls for my cats. They are large enough to hold a can of food, shallow enough to allow my babies to clean their plates, and heavy enough to stay where I put them. Purrfect.

The dishes were wrapped as if packing for a mover. And the package was shipped very quickly. I am very happy with the purchase.

These small bowls are the perfect size for dessert or snacks. The rich purple color(plum) is very attractive. I have been using these for about 2 months, with no chips or scratches. We put them in the dishwasher, and stack them together in the cabinet with no problems whatsoever. I will definitely have some Fiesta dinnerware on my Christmas list this year.

I was disaapointed when i received these bowls just before Christmas. I thought i'd ordered the wrong style bowl. But now in looking at the photo Amazon just sent me with this request for a review I've realized that what is inaccurate is the photo on your website. Pictured is the small, straight sided cereal bowl, but described is the smaller fruit bowl with the flared edge. I'd wanted the straight sided bowls, but received the flared ones. I still have the bowls but didn't give tme to my daughter for Christmas as I'd planned as she doesn't use that type of bowl. I'd like to receive the small cereal bowls as pictured on your site.

I bought these looking at the photo, these are indeed the 6 ounce fruit bowls and not the small cereal bowl that is pictured. THE PHOTO IS INCORRECT!

This is the best fiesta color yet. The color is rich and soothing. If you like fiesta, don't miss this one.
