I looked all over in stores for individual pie plates, approximately six inches in diameter. I even tried specialty kitchen stores like Kitchen Kapers and all they had was a selection of the standard nine inch plates. OUCH! So I checked Amazon and there they were. PERFECT! Also I paid no sales tax and spent no money on gasoline running around looking. OUTSTANDING!!!
