A little bit Smaller when transforms to a pillow. But I like it very much !!! Quality is good, nice toy for kids and people who love dolphins like me!!!!!!!!!

this was an awesome find for me since the "pillow pets" were sold out at christmas, or high priced. even better for school age children because they use more skills to use it. it's durable, fun, useful, and pleasant to look at. i recommend it as comprable or better than other transforming pillows.
