Although the stuffed hippo seems to be nice enough, I was dissappointed
with the product. I did a search on Amazon looking for a "farting hippo" resembling the one on the television show, NCIS. As a result of the search, the afore mentioned hippo was displayed with the words "farting hippo" above the product. I apparently mis interperted the add thinking it was something other than what it was. As a result I purchased three of them for my grand children. I guess I should have researched the add further.

When I was looking for farting hippos this came up so I assumed it was. Nice toy but it doesn't fart. The fact that it showed up under a search for farters is very misleading. Very disappointed.

i purchased this hippo toy so i could make a farting burt hippo toy for my wife who loves ncis it worked well the whoopee cushion was bigger than i was expecting but with a little wiggling and some deft stitch work from me he now farts with the best of them ....see youtube for instructions
