I own a lot of Fiesta ware in place settings of four in the colours of Periwinkle, Sea Mist, Turquoise, Rose, and Yellow and serving pieces in the same colours as well as white. I have two cobalt serving bowls but prefer the pastels because they fit best in our California lifestyle.

And this book is by far the best book on the subject of Fiestaware for the beginner. I also recommend Collector's Encyclopedia of Fiesta because it talks a lot about the Fiestaware if the early mid 1900's.

This is a comprehensive edition for new collectors. Very easy to read. Informative. Thanks, Pat Sloan walkslopat@aol.com

This book is very expensive ($$$) for something LESS THAN HALF THE SIZE OF A DECK OF CARDS. The dimensions of the book should have been given. Poor choice for any REAL information.

Dear Amazon/Fiesta Ware:

Very Disappointed ....... I wanted to give this book as a Bridal Gift to go along with the 4 five piece place setting I just purchased ..... and perhaps she may want to collect Fiesta Ware ...... But as it turns out I did go to a local Book Store and purchased another Fiesta Ware book. And not to mention the $ Price $ of this book .....I was under the impression it was a decent "SIZE" reference book in which she could refer to the book. Little, you all do mean little.

PS I am very surprised in Amazon, I have always been quite please in my past purchases.

I find it hard to believe that an expert in Fiesta would name their book Fiestaware...It's Fiesta or Fiesta ware...and should include the registered trademark after the Fiesta name.
