I just read Rob's novel "The Fifth Gospel." It is a great story with touches that reminded me of "The Divinci Code" as well as "The Shack." It has a little bit of everything that a reader of Christian adventure would enjoy. It is one of those books that could bless or offend. It all depends on the readers "walk in life." I did not want to stop reading until I had finished the entire novel. It presented some very interesting ideas that actually made me wish that I had thought of that. I could tell that the author had put a lot of valuable time into the novel. I would recommend that anyone read it, and I look forward to reading other works by Robert Penner.
