I have been using SweetNlow for a long time because it doesn't have any calories and is extremely sweet. But after taking a course in Chemistry, I decided to switch to natural stuff. Sugar has the same amount of calories per teaspoon as fructose, but is not as sweet, so you need a lot of sugar to make the coffee sweet. One teaspoon of fructose is enough for me and has only 15 calories.

My doctor tells me that this is better for me. Not that I should be using too much sweeteners, but unlike regular table sugar, this does not raise the blood sugar as rapidly and then drop suddenly.
I love the taste, especially on fresh or frozen strawberries. My husband who does not have a problem with his blood sugar like the "almost fruit-like taste" as he calls it, of this unlike the over sweet sugary taste of regular white sugar. I have not seen it in the stores around here, and the fact that it is delivered to my door, makes it even better!

Fructose-50,
This review is from: Fifty-50 Granulated Fructose, 10-Ounce Units (Pack of 12) (Grocery)
I saddened by the fact I had to go to Amazon to get what I used to purchase at the grocery store. In addition, I like the Eestee instead of the Fifty 50. It's just impossible to find.
