World Changing?
This book was a little smaller than I thought it would be and the photos weren't all that great...but still a good conversation piece.

Some interesting selections, and I like the descriptions, but I don't agree that these are the top 50 shoes in recent history.

~Written by RC's wife K* (who looks fabulous in heels --RC) There are lots of shoes in the world - past and present - that are AMAZING works of art and engineering design -- though no doubt not entirely comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, most of them are missing from this book. The majority of footwear shown here is average at best, and simply don't live up to the title. Too bad, I was really looking forward to having a great time browsing this book. I sent it back for a refund. Not recommended.
