5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent reference on lunar eclipses, February 22, 1999
This review is from: Fifty Years of Canon of Lunar Eclipses 1986-2035 (Paperback)
For anyone seeking data on lunar eclipses during this century and the next, this is truly the right source. Tables listing circumstances of every lunar eclipse from 1901-2100 are given along with maps showing global visibility and diagrams showing the progress of the Moon through Earth's shadows. A more detailed section cover eclipses from 1986-2035.

I own this book as well as its companion canon on solar eclipses. I find them both to be convenient and valuable references whenever I need to find information about past or present eclipses (which I do a lot more often than you might imagine).

What I find most useful are the maps of individual eclipses over a 50-year span and the maps of all total and partial lunar eclipses worldwide over the much longer period of 1901-2100.
