4.0 out of 5 stars authors highly biased against the extraterrestrail hypothesis, April 14, 2007
This review is from: Fifty Years of UFOs: From Distant Sightings to Close Encounters (Hardcover)
Could it be that these authors are reluctant to admit the fact that they are helpless against the greys? The fact that our human knowledge of physics, the nature of reality, and our technology is primitive in the extreme when compared to the greys'? I think maybe so. Of course lots of people react this way. It is natural. But it is self-deceiving, self-assuring whistling in the dark. Also kind of immature. Like the reaction of a small, somewhat bratty child when something he/she doesn't like presents itself. The authors are guilty of assuming things with the pretense, "Well if I were to do X, it would be done this way, and the fact that it is not done in my way proves something." - like the authors know what would be in an alien's mind. Infuriating and disgusting. They jump through various hoops to avoid giving the possibility of validity to the simplest solution to the UFO/Abduction mystery: that there are others older than us around.
