This book will save you hundreds-no, thousands of dollars. That is, if you read it thoroughly and follow its advice. It puts you in control-finally-of your dental health. Hooray! Dr. Steve Edwards has blown the doors off dentistry for us common folks. He makes it simple and straightforward. He is a coach not a harping schoolmarm. What is best about this book is that he motivates the heck out of you. This guy has a gift for motivation. Taking you behind the scenes of dentistry and biology, he lays out all the simple medically-tested techniques for fighting the relentless germs which attack your teeth and gums everyday, and shows you how to win. Brilliant. Dental health is about fighting germs: not in an obsessive-compulsive way, but commensurate with the seriousness of the biological invasion we know as: cavities, gum disease and possible tooth loss. You will thank yourself for reading this book and giving it to all your friends.
