Fight was recorded in 2007 at Dante's in Portland and The Funhouse in Seattle. Both were recorded and mixed by Seattle's legendary Jack Endino. This album includes classic Flipper songs as well as songs from Flipper's new studio album, entitled Love. Fight, along with Love, are bookends that encapsulate time spent recording in the studio and playing live shows with former Nirvana bassist, Krist Novoselic. Fight is the live companion to Love and serves as a perfect balance to the studio album experience. Love and Fight should exist side by side in your album collection. The return of Flipper, just in time.

Very good Live album with 5 classic oldies and 4 new songs from Love - i saw Flipper live last week (Rachel Thoele was perfect!!!) as were Bruce , Ted and Steve - so the Flipper gig is still very fresh in my mind (i'll NEVER forget it!) - i think "Fight" is a very good recording from two 2007 gigs in the US ,of course Krist Novoselic is on bass both times. It's a great time to be a Flipper fan , simply my favourtie band.

This album best serves as a reminder that seeing Flipper live will always be a totally f-ed up experience.
This album is taken from two different shows in '07, and its as messy, drunken, and mind warping as you'd hoped it would be. The best part about hearing this is realizing that these sludgy noise rock kings are playing parts of the WARPED TOUR this year! YES!!! The friggin' Van's Warped Tour!!! If I could only be there to see the looks on those emo-core brats faces when they hear Flipper play...
