This review is from: Fighter Country: The F-14 Tomcats of Nas Oceana (Hardcover)
A true standout among the many books dedicated to naval aviation, as reviewed by someone who spent years in the field.

Fighter Country not only features all the F-14 squadrons at NAS Oceana, but also comprehensively discusses a typical deployment cycle... from the inside. The pictures are incredible--a cut above The Cutting Edge.

Truly required reading for those interested, and a priceless keepsake for those who were there.

Mike Hurley (aka "Mandude")
