5.0 out of 5 stars Emphasizes hypogycemia., July 19, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fighting Depression (Paperback)
I have struggled with depression a few times in my life. I never could figure out the cause. Over the years it went away. But what didn't go away was my introvertedness and physical symptoms: wakefulness, extreme thirst, frequent urination, and sluggishness.

After dealing with it for 19 years, I found a book on hypoglycemia. Then everything became clear.

I have read 6 books on this subject. This book is good because it explains the relationship between a bad, sugary diet and depression. There are physical causes.
