LIttle Known Truths Behind Big Food Companies,
This review is from: Fighting the Food Giants (Paperback)
This book almost reads like an autobiography as Paul Stitt describes working for the food industry. He experienced firsthand as a biochemist exactly how the food industry exchanges healthy nutrients for an improved bottom line of profits. After reading this book, I read all of the other books written by Paul Stitt because I trust his personal character. He has so much to offer you for good health, and says it in simple terms that makes such good sense. He founded Natural Ovens (healthy, nutrient-filled breads, bagels, granola) and continues to educate schools... he & his nutritionist-wife, Barbara, financed a school project in Appleton, WI where they improved the behavior at an alternative school through better nutrition. This book should be on everyone's reading list. It will open your eyes so you will think twice before you trust the food industry with your health.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this after I had read the book Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. This book is a great reference as to why those ads for corn syrup, cereals and the like are always hyped. Because they are no good for you.
This book will wake you up to the reality of processed foods and to the real reason (and profit) behind the food industry. |
